Our business was born from a shared love of cooking and a passion for bringing real Mexican flavors to life. When we got married, my husband introduced me to his family's treasured recipes, passed down through generations, and I quickly fell in love with their bold, vibrant tastes. As we began sharing these dishes with friends and family, the overwhelming encouragement to share them with the world planted the seed for what would become our business. We realized that many "authentic" options out there fell short of capturing the true essence of Mexican cuisine, and we were determined to change that. 

 

With our combined years of cooking experience and a deep appreciation for the traditions behind each recipe, we decided to take the leap and create Cocina 328, Inc. Our goal has always been simple: to deliver fresh, high-quality products that offer an authentic taste of Mexico in every bite. We’ve poured our hearts into every aspect of our business, ensuring that our food reflects the warmth, tradition, and pride of Mexican cooking. What started as a passion project has grown into a way for us to share our culture with customers far and wide.
